Container Deployment Assessment
A full on-site review of your container layout, miner selection, power infrastructure, and thermal performance for hardware rated at 0.05 PH/s and above.
Who This Assessment Is For
Container deployment assessments are designed for operators who are either commissioning a new container yard or expanding an existing fleet. If you are selecting miners rated at 0.05 PH/s or higher and need to confirm they will run reliably inside a steel shipping container, this service provides the field data your procurement and engineering teams need before committing capital.
Typical clients include yard supervisors managing 20-foot or 40-foot converted containers, procurement leads comparing ASIC models from multiple vendors, and site owners preparing permit documentation for local authorities.
What the Assessment Covers
Physical Fit and Rack Layout
We measure interior dimensions, door clearances, rack depth tolerances, and cable routing paths inside your container. Each miner model under consideration is checked against these constraints. We document which units fit without modification and which require custom mounting brackets or altered airflow paths.
Power Draw and Electrical Load
Using clamp meters and PDU monitoring, we record sustained wattage per unit during full-hash operation. Results are compared against manufacturer nameplate ratings. We map total load against your breaker panel capacity and flag circuits that would operate above 80% sustained load.
Thermal Performance and Airflow
Ambient temperature sensors are placed at intake louvers, between rack rows, and at exhaust outlets. We run miners at full load for a minimum of four hours and record temperature differentials. Hot-aisle recirculation, inadequate exhaust fan capacity, and intake obstruction are documented with photographs and annotated diagrams.
Noise at the Property Boundary
Decibel readings are taken at the fence line and at the nearest residential or commercial structure, measured during peak operation. These figures support permit applications and neighbor relations in rural deployment sites.
What Is Included
- Two to three days of on-site technician time
- Power, thermal, and noise measurements for up to three miner models
- Container interior survey with annotated photographs
- Written report (PDF, approximately 25–40 pages) delivered within five business days after the site visit
- One follow-up phone consultation to review findings
What Is Excluded
- Electrical installation or container modification work
- Ongoing monitoring after the assessment period
- Legal or permit filing on your behalf
- Hardware procurement or vendor negotiation
Process and Timeline
- Initial call — You share container dimensions, current or planned miner models, and site location. We confirm scope and schedule.
- Site visit — Our technician arrives with measurement equipment. Miners must be operational or available for a burn-in period of at least four hours per model tested.
- Report delivery — Written findings, recommendations, and equipment suitability ratings are delivered within five business days.
- Follow-up — A 30-minute phone review to walk through the report and answer questions.
Preparation Required
Ensure at least one miner of each model to be tested is installed and capable of running at full hash rate. Provide access to the electrical panel and container interior. If the site is in a rural area, confirm road access for our service vehicle.
Pricing
Assessments start at ₩2,800,000 per container unit for a single model test. Additional miner models, multi-container yards, and travel beyond Chungcheong province are quoted separately. Contact us with your site details for a firm estimate.
